I found Slate through the marketing of an “affordable, EV truck”, but as I discovered more about the company, I found myself enamored with the company’s “why” and origin. The core principles and foundations of the company – simplicity, affordability, functionality – are ones that deeply resonated with me.
As more information and content came out, I consider the company’s culture as “small but mighty” (on top of “scrappy”), which directly reflects my working preference – everyone executing their job well, while coming together to collaborate and solve larger problems.
Up until this point, I could only root for the company’s success as a future customer, so I am excited for the opportunity to be a direct contributor to Slate’s success.
